This amazing herb from Nepal is known in that region of the world as an all purpose healer.  I have found references in Ayurveda where Titepati is used to bring overall balance to the body.
She is amazing at clearing energy and I use her most often to bring the mind and heart into harmony with one another.  So often we can get lost on our way to a goal we have set or looking for a way to understand something that's troubling us.
